When designing a new product entirely by digital means, it is also necessary to study of the production process, which is fundamental to optimize the tool paths. The kinematics of multi-axis machine tools are digitized and tool paths simulated for an additional check before the actual production.
Finally, we manufacture the equipment necessary for production ourselves so as to completely control the final result and to maintain the level of error to a minimum.
A recent addition to our equipment is a 3D printer for molding ABSplus thermoplastic. This helps us minimize the time and cost for prototyping, and yet guarantee precision and accuracy of the output. It also allows us to expand into new areas characterized by a constant need for innovation.
