ATS Microfusione
From 2022, GFM, together with Gruppo Cividale, has created ATS Microfusione to expand its range with the investment casting process.
A reference business in the investment casting process for making custom mechanical components from steel, aluminium and special alloys, with complex geometries and masses ranging from 1 gram to over 60 kg. ATS Microfusione products feature high quality levels and very tight dimensional tolerance ranges. They are targeted at various industrial sectors, including the most technologically demanding ones such as aerospace. Reliability, quality and efficiency are guaranteed at every stage of the production process.
ATC – Additive Technology Center
ATC is based on the experience of GFM and the synergy with two leading companies in their respective mechanical machining sectors: DMG MORI and ITEMA.
The first centre in Italy to expand its knowledge and use of additive manufacturing technologies, ATC (Additive Technology Center) was created with the aim of building a hub of excellence in Bergamo for innovation in mechanical machining. ATC combines several additive technologies for metals, providing services in both Direct Energy Deposition (DED) and Selective Laser Melting (SLM) technologies. When combined with traditional machining, these technologies are able to offer great development freedom to meet engineering needs in terms of both materials and processes.
